"We chose this State Farm office because we expected an agent who would advocate for their clients when problems arose. Instead, when we faced a total loss claim and repeated issues with the handling of our case, we received little to no support from our local agent.

Despite concerns about inaccurate vehicle valuations, unreasonable delays, and what we believe to be bad faith claim handling by State Farm, our agent did nothing meaningful to help resolve the situation or advocate on our behalf. We were left to fight the company ourselves while paying premiums for years expecting professional guidance and support.

The lack of communication, lack of accountability, and unwillingness to stand up for customers when it mattered most has been incredibly disappointing. An insurance agent should be more than someone who sells policies—they should be there when clients need assistance. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

If you’re looking for an agent who will actively support you when things become difficult, look somewhere else and certainly do not go with Statefarm."
